Orderchamp is looking for a talented E-commerce customer support Intern to join our team and help provide top-tier service to our customers. Orderchamp is a dynamic wholesale marketplace connecting independent retailers with unique and sustainable brands across Europe. Our mission is to reshape the B2B buying experience, and as an E-commerce customer support Intern, you'll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best possible experience. You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team in a startup where every role helps shape our customer’s journey.

As part of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the frontline hero, helping customers across three main channels: email (tickets), live chat, and phone. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via email (ticket system), live chat, and phone to provide quick, accurate, and friendly support.

  • Resolving product and service issues, offering practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Educating users on Orderchamp’s platform functionality, including order management, invoicing, and platform updates.

  • Escalating complex issues to other teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Tech Support) when necessary, ensuring collaboration to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Staying up-to-date on marketplace changes, including new updates, technical issues, and policy changes, to provide customers with the most relevant information.

  • Navigating a fast-paced environment, handling diverse customer queries with independence and confidence.

Meet the Team:

You’ll be part of a small but mighty Customer Support team consisting of three members, with close collaboration with our Tech Support team. Valentine, our Head of Customer Support, will guide you throughout your internship, offering mentorship and insights into the broader customer experience. Although some of the team works remotely, we keep in touch through daily huddles to discuss updates, bugs, and ongoing projects. Every Friday, we also host a virtual happy hour to relax and celebrate the week's success!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Academic student, preferably in business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or similar fields.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

  • Interest in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale is a plus.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information as the marketplace evolves daily.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Empathy and communication skills to handle customer inquiries with patience, warmth, and professionalism.

  • Confidence and independence in decision-making, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup where things move quickly, and collaboration is key.
