The role

Orderchamp is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting our brand and retailer partners, ensuring smooth integrations and world-class support experiences. You are the lead in this role, and we offer full responsibility, reporting to the Head of CS.

As a bridge between our Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams, you’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, technical troubleshooting and integration guidance; helping customers go live quickly and effectively on our platforms. You’ll also join some of our more complex sales calls as a technical integration expert, translating customer needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Your work will have a direct and visible impact on our customers’ success and on Orderchamp’s continued growth in the B2B wholesale ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

  • Guide new brands and larger retailers through onboarding, feature setup and integrations on Orderchamp.com and Orderchamp.cloud

  • Act as the main point of contact for technical and integration support (data mapping, imports, setup)

  • Support the sales team in technical pre-sales conversations and help assess integration feasibility

  • Optimize key accounts and drive feature adoption with live accounts

  • Troubleshoot and resolve API support requests, collaborating with Product or Engineering when needed

  • Maintain and improve technical support documentation and onboarding materials

  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for every customer, from first setup to full adoption

  • Take ownership of metrics like onboarding time and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Based in (or willing to work from) Amsterdam

  • Some experience in technical support or onboarding roles

  • Strong communicator; able to explain not only technical topics but also progress clearly and simply

  • Organized and proactive in your work

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, FTP, CSV XML files, and SQL)

  • Experience with (or eager to learn more about) APIs, integrations, and eCommerce
