People & Office Coordinator (part-time)

Orderchamp seeks a hands-on People & Office Coordinator to support our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with the team and interact with employees across departments. From managing HR tasks like contract administration, recruitment and ensuring HR policies get followed to coordinating office supplies and events, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s success.
Managing HR administration tasks, such as creating and updating contracts, tracking vacation days, and organizing employee records.
Assisting the hiring manager with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, performing screenings and maintaining our job postings.
Overseeing office management, including coordinating office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our workspace is/stays inspiring and functional.
Organizing and coordinating internal and external events to strengthen our culture and team cohesion.
Supporting travel arrangements and logistics for the Orderchamp team when needed.
Acting as a point of contact for employees with HR or office-related inquiries.
Availability for 16–20 hours per week
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality.
Experience in, or affinity with, start & scale-ups is a big plus
Proficient in Dutch and English.
EU work permit required.
