The role

Orderchamp is reimagining wholesale by empowering retailers and brands with technological solutions that help them succeed in tomorrow’s market. From day 1, we’re using the power of curation, technology & data to connect a community of over 200,000 independent retailers and 6,000 brands across the globe. We have supported many local boutique owners in discovering new bestsellers for their store - with or without holding inventory, and are helping brands to grow beyond borders.

We recently launched Orderchamp Cloud, a next-gen ecommerce system powering a suite of digital B2B solutions that equip brands and wholesalers to sell smarter, faster and more efficiently. We aim to eliminate the fragmentation, cost and complexity of using multiple, overlapping software solutions by integrating all essential B2B functionalities into a single platform.

We are seeking a full-time Dutch -speaking Sales Intern for the BENELUX Market to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll play an important role in building and maintaining relationships with our brands while gaining hands-on experience in sales and account management. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and technology, this internship offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a high-energy, tech-driven environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Source and generate leads;

  • Convert leads to live customers;

  • Build relationships with customers;

  • Upsell Orderchamp features/services to existing customers and drive feature adoption;

  • Drive revenue through other sales activities;

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, manage in our Hubspot CRM;

  • Remain as a 'gatekeeper' for quality (category assessment);

  • Use platform analytics to develop tactics to increase engagement of brands and their retailers on the platform to increase sales;

  • Assist brands in adding additional products and/or optimising their assortment, content and pricing to accelerate their growth on the platform;

  • Handle other duties as defined by management.

This is you

  • HBO/academic-level thinking.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

  • Experience in sales or commerce is a plus.

  • An ambitious, proactive, and resilient attitude, with a drive to reach and exceed targets.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people and can stay goal-focused.
